The APC is used to support journal management, editorial administration, plagiarism checking, website maintenance, article layout, online publication, digital archiving, and other publication-related processes.

The payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision. All manuscripts are evaluated based on academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and contribution to knowledge or practice.

There is no submission fee for authors. Authors are only required to pay the APC after receiving an official acceptance notification from the editorial team.
